Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heddi Monro, LLC! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and in style.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup (Available once brick and mortar is open)
If you’re local, we offer free in-store pickup at our boutique. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to shop with us, email us and we’ll see what we can do!

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our boutique, it's in the hands of the carrier. If your order is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist—but we recommend reaching out to the carrier first with your tracking info.
